And to repeat what others have said about the shower in the room - absolutely agree. I’ll even work in some spa time as the bride and mother-of-the-bride gushed over their experience at the spa. We live on Bainbridge Island, so we’re not a hop and a skip away, but I’d make this a destination trip the next time we want some fun gaming and a pleasant stay. The long and short of it is that what you experience this trip may be different from your next trip. Based on what we read, there’s an expansion of what the Epic Sportsbar will be offering, and some sort of new indoor golf club. Based on what employees told us, recent additions have been a daycare center offering and the movie-and-dinner theatre on the property. The Epic Sportsbar has awesome weekend buffet specials. The next two days were more typical days at Northern Quest and we very much enjoyed eating at The Epic Sportsbar (twice), Riverbank Taphouse and sitting at Liquid, enjoying a celebratory drink (my husband did well at the $1 slots). Even so, all service people, clerks, waiters, and casino workers were polite and patient with us. It was the first time they had sponsored fireworks so all the locals turned out. We arrived on the 4th of July because a fireworks display was being offered and the place was PACKED.
If it weren’t for this, we would have never considered staying at Northern Quest.
We were in Spokane for a wedding and were lucky enough to get a great block rate.
